The doorbell will only record for about 30 seconds despite motion continuing but also I get multiple linked events that seem to record all day. I charged the doorbell face down on the work top and had “linked event” all night. Is this supposed to happen?

Hi @user44479. I'd recommend checking your [Linked Devices](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360033904271-Linking-your-Ring-devices-together-for-enhanced-security-) settings to see which device you have linked to your Doorbell. This indicates another Camera or Doorbell is frequently detecting motion, and causing a Linked Device event on this Doorbell. You'll want to check the motion settings on the device triggering the Linked Device event.
