Hi - we have V2 doorbell. We have just upgraded our router to a new sky one that is WPA2/WPA3. I get a “no internet” message on the ring app and when I try the step thru process to change the network but have found it doesnt help. The blue light spins and identifies the next step is to change wi-fi settings. I do not however get an option to connect to the temp Ring Network in order to do this. I do not have the tool to remove the fascia to press the reset button, but am able to disconnect the unit from the mains supply - hopefully the same result? (I have tried this but have got nowhere. I’m trying all of this via an android phone with “Intelligent Wifi” settings - all of which I have turned off. I have disabled “Connect to mobile data”. I have also turned off the VPN. I’m lost what to try now - HELP!

Hi @user81698. When setting up a Ring device or connecting it to a new wifi network, you’ll need to connect to the Ring setup network on your phone. Pressing the setup button is what prompts this setup network to be broadcast, so I’d recommend removing the faceplate with a star head screwdriver. Once that’s done, press the setup button to put the Doorbell into setup mode. From there, you should be able to connect to the temporary setup network. If this part of the setup or connection process isn’t working, please try the troubleshooting steps listed here. For further support, you can also reach out to our support team.
