Issues Connecting Doorbell Pro to New wifi

We had to update our Wi-Fi name and password. Our ring doorbell pro needs to be reconnected, but the faceplate will not come off for me to hit the reset button. As I was following all the necessary steps I ran into an issue. The screw appears stripped and I cannot unscrew it for the life of me. Is there another way to reset the doorbell in order for it to connect to the new Wi-Fi? Not really sure what else to do, but I assume the only way is to get that faceplate cover off somehow. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
