Is this doable? Change sounds used by Ring doorbell? Is Chime the option?

Hi and that’s for reading - helping us. We have a Ring doorbell and love it. However, our dog does not. Poor guy has had a rough life and we are trying to help him with that. The Ring doorbell sound for whatever reason will set him off. We’re hoping there’s a way either in Ring or perhaps iPhone / Settings that we can change it to something different? We saw something about another product, but even with that, wasn’t sure if that was something that could let change the sounds or if it did something different. Thanks in advance, The Powers

Hi @Powerspbj. You can change the alert tone that is played on your phone and the alert tone that is played on a Chime or Chime Pro, but you're not able to change the tone that is played at the Doorbell itself. However, you can adjust the Doorbell's ringer volume if needed which may potentially help with your dog. In the Ring App, navigate to Devices > your Doorbell > Device Settings > General Settings and you should see the Doorbell Ringer Volume slider. I hope this information is helpful! :)
