  Hi @BigBloke. Can you clarify which device you're trying to adjust the volume on? Is it the volume from the Doorbell specifically, from your Ring Chime, or from your internal chime kit? If it is the volume on the Doorbell itself, you can adjust the volume of the sound that plays when the button is pressed. Open the Ring App \> Main Menu \> Devices \> Doorbell \> Device Settings \> General Settings and you'll see the Doorbell Ringer Volume slider. :)

  Hi thanks for replying.... its the volume on the actual doorbell itself, not the chime or the phone but what you can hear if someone was to ring the doorbell. When someone answers from inside the house from the app, the speech that comes out of the doorbell button is very distorted also the chime noise that you can hear from the doorbell itself when the button is pressed is extremely loud and sounds distorted also.... am i making any sense? Daz.

  @BigBloke Thanks for the clarification. If possible, can you please share a video example of the audio that is distorted? When attaching this video, you will need to compress the MP4 file into a ZIP file, as ZIP files can be attached to your reply and not MP4s. In addition, you can upload this video elsewhere, such as YouTube, and then share the link to the video in your reply. Alternatively, if the video is saved in the Event History in your Ring App, you can choose to share it via email and copy the link that is generated. I'd be happy to take a look so I can get a better idea of what you're experiencing.
