I cannot change my wifi connection with my ring doorbell

I'm having trouble with my ring doorbell and resetting the wifi connection...we changed our network and I cannot figure out how to change it. I've read the responses to this question from other people, but when I select the "3 bars on the left" ...the devices don't show up! I can add a device...but that I have already done. There are other options on the 3 bars, but nothing that gets me to a device list. Help please! Thanks.
