Hi, we have hardwired our doorbell and it is showing that it is hardwired, so has been done correctly, however within days of doing so the battery has gone to critically low and won't move past 4% charge. It has a lightning bolt in the battery icon so shows it's connected but just won't charge up past that 4%. Any help or advice please?

And today after another reset, no live view, not even detecting motion or recording. Still shows battery powered instead of hardwired, but the battery percentage has gone up!Back doorbell won't get live view either. I'm beyond frustrated.

Check that transformer is providing the 16-24VAC that the doorbell requires. And that the transformer is 30 or 40VA capable. Anything under 30VA may not be able to provide the current required for the doorbell.it's also possible your battery has a bad connection or might be bad.
