I have an iPhone 12 and Ring Pro 2. No Halloween ring alerts. My sister has an Android and a basic Ring doorbell and she has them. What gives?

    Hi @user25258. All seasonal and holiday tones will be made available closer to that specific holiday or season. I do not have an exact ETA, so make sure your Ring app is updated and keep an eye out for when those tones become available. Thanks for your patience! :slight_smile:

      Why? How hard can it be to add these? Nobody asked for ring to make them available later. I'm seriously done with your service

    Why can't they be available all the time? I have three locations using Ring products, the ghost sound was so appropriate for one location. The standard sounds are lame.
