Ring Video Doorbell
Gen 2 won't work properly.
My 2 units worked perfectly fine for the first 9 days but has been disconnecting radomly and now they wont reconnect. Everything was fine on initial setup, the process was fast and easy. I noticed that after about 3 days of flawless use, both units had started to sporadically disconnect and reconnect without notifications. About 4 days later and neither unit would reconnect. After changing my wifi to WAP2 I managed to reconnect both units. However, just today one of the cameras has gone offline again and I have yet again followed all of the trouble shooting tips to no avail. My wifi internet signal is strong and working as other devices connect and work seamlessly. I have not payed for my subscription yet as it says I have 20 days remaining. Can anyone assist or have experienced this problem?
