Frustrated with my Ring Service

I will update my payment information as soon as I can get my Ring back online. Battery is fully charged; router has not been moved and in appropriate distance; router has been reset; password is current. I have been without my security for better than 6 months. It is needed since there is a homeless camp at the end of my street.
