Evening video quality on Ring doorbell poor
I am having issues with my doorbell camera at night whereby the video is somewhat unwatchable as it looks as though the tracking is out (old VHS reference there) Ring Video Doorbell 2 RSSI - 56 - This is good Firmware is up to date Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve the quality issues?

Hi @user72052. Try performing a reboot using the reboot option in the Device Health page. This should only take a few moments. If that doesn’t resolve this, you can fully reset your Doorbell by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. Once the reset is complete, walk through a new set up using the steps under Set Up a Device. Hi, just wondering if you resolved this issue? I have the same problem now with a Ring video doorbell 2 (hardwired), image quality fine during daylight but degrades in the evening to what you describe ie tracking out in old VHS talk! Thanks for any help in advance.
