Endless Verification Loop

I just got a new ring cam and trying to set up an account. I get the You need to verify email.. So i click that.. it says email verified, so then i need to log in. I log in and it says... 2step verification required.. so i enter the 2step code.. after log in it tells me i need to verify email... and so on and so on... !!??!! What do i do? I've tried it on laptop AND app.. tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app... How the heck do i actually get an account compelted?
