I have 3 battery cameras that work fine. The techs cannot get me up and running for the doorbell. Just keep sending me another device .If 3 devices won't work there must be something else wrong . now because it has been they won't take them in return and I am stuck with a product that will not work. they had a good company but apparenty sold out to over seas . not happy.
