Doorbell won't charge

I have had my generation 2 doorbell charging for over a week and it still hasn't charged, any advice would be helpful

    Hi @user38876. How are you charging this? Is it plugged into a wall? Is it hardwired? Is it connected to a Solar Panel? Is the device brand new or used? Have you moved it to different outlets or tried a different charging cable? We need a little bit more information to be able to offer advice.
