Doorbell will not ring on phone

My doorbell rings on the ring but will not inside so when someone comes and rings it, I have no idea that someone is there. I spent several hours yesterday reading on the net and trying different solutions, no of which worked. I have made a list of solutions I tried below. Scan code 57700 Charge up to 100% Signal strength  40 Status online Device has been rebooted Ring alerts, Motion detections, Motion alerts  all on Wifi connected. Connections confirmed Logged out and back in. No directions given for clearing notifications Went to settings, then apps. Notifications say “Allow sound and vibrations”No link to Notifications Categories No link to App Alert sounds 1. First, log into your Ring account by visiting the Ring website and entering your login information.2. Once logged in, go to your Account settings and select the Control Center option.3. From there, you can select the Notifications section and then the Browser Notification Preferences option.4. Here, you will see a list of your Ring devices. Select the device for which you want to change the notification settings. There is no link to Browser Notifications.
