Doorbell video camera, Backlighting Issues

I have a problem with the doorbell camera. Our door faces the morning Sun most of the day and people who ring the doorbell are blacked out due to backlighting. I have tried to angle the camera but will not work.?

Hi @Lilpuu1. This is an environmental problem that may not be "fixable". You may have to change the position of the doorbell to face a different direction or put something in the foreground that would block the sun, such as a plant or something.
