Doorbell Suddenly Only Displaying in B&W
2 days ago my doorbell started displaying in black and white only (screen shot below) This is shown day and night. My bell gets plenty of light in its location. I've tried resetting the device and power cycling my router although it appears to be stuck. I literally only purchased in August so not really happy!

I have the basic hardwired doorbell. Yesterday, I noticed that it was showing black and white all day. It normally switches to color at sunrise but didn't. I rebooted and reset it, but today it is again at b&w. It looks like I'm not alone. The attached screenshot is from yesterday around 3:00.

Same issue as OP, rebooting or cutting the power to it does nothing.

Hey neighbors. As of 17:10 UTC today, our team was made aware of a concern where Video Doorbell Wired devices are remaining in night vision mode which is causing black and white video. There is no workaround available at this time, but our teams are working hard to get this resolved as soon as possible.
