Hi @Jnjxxx007. There is a number of reasons why your Ring Video Doorbell might not be working. Here's a few things you can check to narrow it down. - Is the battery charged? - Is the device connected to wifi? - What is the RSSI of the device? - Do you have an active Ring Protect Plan? Also, what model Ring Video Doorbell do you have? This little bit of information will help the Ring Community be able to help you identify what the cause of this issue is.
