Doorbell Going Crazy

I have several issues that just started with my doorbell about a week ago.1 - I'm getting (someone @ your door alerts) as if doorbell is being pushed and no one is there. One time I was actually cutting grass and could see my door to verify no one was there.2 - Whenever I get a motion alert I do not have the ability to view it. Either if I click on it right away or if I go back and check an hr later.3 - Live mode never works anymore.Software app on my phone is up to date, Doorbell is fully charged.Your time and help is greatly appreciated - Thanks!
