Doorbell Elite Mount
Doorbell Elite - For a premium product you are lacking the required accessories. Without an angled mount for the camera it is useless in many applications. As an example, for both of my entry doors the camera must be mounted to a wall 36 inches to the side of the door. No wifi signal is available. POE is a necessity. I believe this situation would be common in many upscale applications. I prefer the Elite to your competition but find it lacking to a Doorbird in manufacturer support.

@nielsll The Doorbell Elite is installed onto a junction box, so it lays flush on the wall and can't be angled with a wedge or corner kit. You can take a look at the installation process for the Doorbell Elite [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003109743-Physically-Installing-the-Ring-Video-Doorbell-Elite), which has the step-by-step process as well as a video so you can see what that looks like. Not having a wedge kit for the elite may become an issue for me. A design similar to the current wired wedge kit should be fine. I may 3D print a wedge kit for the elite. The elite I find is mainly aimed at people building as house or looking for a “super clean” look. Totally understand that but it’s hard to install especially on brick plus has the drawback mentioned like lack of wedge etc. Plus the features are behind the Pro 2 now. I expect an update elite will launch however what I would like to see is a PoE doorbell that can be surface mounted in addition to a flush mount option. Sort of like a Pro 2 “elite”. Might need to be slightly larger than the Pro to accommodate the RJ45 plug but that would be fine.

Hey @nielsll. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on the Elite. Since the Elite does have to be mounted flush with the wall, there is not a corner or wedge kit for it at this time.
