Doorbell connecting to tv
troubleshooting
Hi, whenever someone rings the doorbell when I am watching tv, the doorbell shows a live view on the tv screen. I dont want this as it then causes issues with the sound on the tv which results in me having to unplug the tv to resolve the issues. How do I stop this?

Hi @user_71afe4. In the Alexa app, unselect your Fire TV as an announcement device. This will prevent the TV from making an announcement, or showing the Live View. You can learn more about Doorbell press and motion announcements via Alexa here.
