Doorbell always freezes and can't contact anyone!
This is ridiculous! Everytime someone rings the doorbell it always freezes and we can never speak to the person meaning we always miss our deliveries! But if we watch it live with no one their it is fine. And this is on my phone and husband's phone which is brand new. Trying to complain to the company and cannot get through. Both phone numbers on the website are no longer available and going through the chat gives you answers you don't want or doesn't understand the question!!

Hi @SarahM50. What is the RSSI for the Doorbell? Have you checked to ensure that you are using the correct [ports and protocols for Ring](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/205385394-The-Protocols-and-Ports-Used-by-Ring-Devices)? I would also try using the Rapid Ring app, as this is known to work much better for Live View. Also, when you are activating Live View, is your phone connected to cellular data or wifi?
