hi. I bought door view cam from amazon uk 4 days ago. but unfortunately, the cable is not enough to conect it for almost another 1-2 cm. I tried to extend the cable with the spare one but it doesn't activates the camera. can I return it back and purchase video doorbell pro?

Hey @dionthas. You definitely can! I recommend contacting Amazon to make the return for the product, and then once the return is complete and you have your money back, to purchase the Ring Pro. Let me know if the Pro is a nicer setup for you that works for your home! :)
