Door bell connection problems
Hi guy’s, so I have a ring door bell and when I’m trying to talk to someone on it the person on the other end can hear me but I’m having trouble hearing what there saying it’s like the signal is cutting out, the thing is my Wi-Fi box is sat at the front window less than half a meter away. Please could someone explain to me why this can be has I’ve only had the door bell under 12months. Also it’s the door bell that you have to take off to charge it up if that helps on the model I have. The battery is also at 80% charge so not to low that would make the connection suffer. Thanks James
