Does doorbells works with two different power source at same time?

Hi there, I'm interested with video doorbells. I wonder that, can video doorbell works with hardwired and battery at same time? I mean, can it work with battery when power cuts, otherwise can it take the power from hardwired. Thanks Oguz

    Hi @ousdemir. The primary power source for the Doorbell will always be the quick release rechargeable battery pack. Hardwiring a battery operated device will provide a constant trickle charge to the battery. You can learn more about this [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/204252980).
