Following a burglary my elderly father installed a ring doorbell on the advice of the police but he does not have a smartphone. Can he add the doorbell to his Ring.com account ?

Hi @Kembo. I'm sorry to hear about the burglary, I hope nobody was hurt. The Video Doorbell must be set up in the Ring app on a smartphone or tablet. After that, most of the settings can be accessed via Ring.com, but it's still recommended to have a smartphone or tablet to use the Ring app on. I hope this information is helpful.
