    Hi @fireman_hn. Try [rebooting your Doorbell using the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-Rebooting-your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera). If that does not help, factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds, and then [reconnect it to your wifi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network).       Thank you! I will try those ideas as soon as I get back home from current business trip. Checking out the quality now in the evening, the video feed look OK. Seems it is just during daytime (bright conditions) we have the issue 🤔 ![IMG_2199|690x318](upload://luBaJnUHWBx1qbttY5DPA5CAa3h.jpeg)
