  My Pro had a cracked button and it eventually broke loose. I spoke to a person in customer support who told me the doorbell was out of warranty and the best she could do was offer me a discount on a new Pro purchase. This answer is very unsatisfactory and absurd that Ring offers no option to replace the $5 or $7 and their solution is to spend $250.00 on a new one. I expected something better from Ring. The least they should do is send a factory refurbished Pro Doorbell.
