At this point they do not seem to affect the performance of my Ring Pro. I was just concerned it may lead to other issues in the future or that someone else may have the same issue. And that it should be corrected before it affects the performance.

It does not impact the functionality. But when people come to the door and see the cracks, they question whether the ring is working and are afraid to get one because the think it is cheaply made. The support team says it's working so it doesn't warrant replacement.
