Convert 110V power to low voltage

We are trying to install a Ring video doorbell pro. It's a new build but the power do the door bell is 110 (it was suppsed to be low voltage but what can I say). We need to covert this to low voltage. What kind in transformer is needed for this and is there anything else that we need to do in order to make this work with the ring doorbell. Thanks for any help.

Hi @RustyBoots! The Video Doorbell Pro requires a 16 to 24 VAC power supply for operation. You'll be happy to hear that we actually provide these on our [accessories page at Ring.com](https://store.ring.com/collections/accessories?). The Hardwired Transformer and Plug In Adapter are great solutions for installing your Doorbell Pro. A chime is not required, but if you wish to use one, here is our [chime compatibility list](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/209028546-Ring-Video-Doorbell-Pro-Chime-Kit-Compatibility-List). You may also use one of our Chime/ Chime Pro devices, also found on our accessories page above. I hope this helps! :)
