Connection stops completely

Hi,Ring door bell 2, recently got a extender to help wifi signal, ring bell worked great for a few days then stopped working. Tried to reconnect etc didnt work. Rang support and they sent a replacement. Worked great again for a few days then stopped again and won't connect to anything . Any ideas?
