Connecting to Phone
2nd Generation wireless doorbell I have just received a replacement doorbell with same problem as first, so maybe a phone issue? White flashing light, connects to temp wifi, but wont connect to phone, can anyone help please. Ty

Hi @user31728. Try the in-app setup process on a different smartphone or tablet, like @meldor suggested, if you have access to one. This usually works for most neighbors. I think I was having a similar problem to this. Are you stuck on the screen shown on the picture? If so, how I got past it was using a different device. I was having troubles with my iPhone 11 for whatever reason but was able to connect with my iPhone 7
