Chime initial connection issue
Has anyone had an issue where the chime will not connect to the app as part of the initial set up of the gen 2 wireless chime. I've had 3 new chimes and now waiting on the pro to try and connect. It just will not connect to the network it sets up. I've tried 4 different phones, different network ie home, guest, hot-spot. Nothing is working it just says unable to find a device during add chime setup. Also tried with and without using the qr code. Last resort is we've got a pro chime coming, hopefully this works. Only 1 week old gen 3 doorbell and chime so frustrating

Hi I’m struggling with mine it was connected then went off now I can’t see it on my WiFi it seems to be not there
