Changing phone and I need to reinstall device in app

Recently upgraded phone. Transferred apps across. Ring app appeared to work. Only have doorbell atm. However, when wanting to select device required to reinstall from qr code scan. This doesn't seem right.

    Hi @st-rider. Please make sure you have signed into the same Ring account you originally used when setting up your Ring devices. Using the Ring app on a different phone should not affect your devices, as long as you are signed into the correct account. In the Ring app, check that the Location name in the top center of the screen shows the correct Location where your devices are installed. If you're a Shared User, you need to be on the Location that says (Shared).
