Hey @JCP! It sounds like the Doorbell might not be powering up. For a battery-powered model please charge it for a few hours. If it is a Doorbell Pro, please ensure the power supply used is 16-24VAC and, of course, power is reaching the device. If this does not result in any functionality, please reach out to our support team, at 800-656-1918, for more in-depth troubleshooting.
