Can I use a sonos sound bar with ring doorbell

I am thinking of getting a Ring Doorbell 4 and I am trying to find out if it will be able to use my sonos sound bar as a chime. I have searched as much as I can but to no avail. Does that mean it's a straight forward NO or am I missing something? I kind of thought that it should work with any Alexa device but maybe I'm expecting too much?

Hi @brucie. You will not be able to have your Sonos sound bar work with Ring. Ring supports Ring Chime and Echo devices to alert you when a Ring device doorbell button is pressed or if it captures motion. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360048169011-Helping-your-Ring-Devices-work-with-Alexa) will have more detailed information on how to have Echo devices work with Ring. If you hardwire a Video Doorbell, it can also ring your pre-existing mechanical or digital chime as well.
