Broken cover, buy a full new bell
Good day, Anyone else had the problem where the cover, more specific the window in front of the camera, became flaky and smudgy? Nothing cleans it of and your image is blurred… instant GDPR compliant, but not really the purpose of a doorbell camera… When asking if I could get a replacement cover or window, all I get is “we can give you a discount on a new doorbell”. I’m asking for a replacement window/cover, not a XXXX+ € or $ doorbell… The doorbell works just fine… Can someone of support explain to me why i need to discard a perfectly working device to replace a cover? This is not the service I expect from Ring. Thank you and have a great weekend! (Not sarcastic, I’m actually a nice person :D)
