I had a Ring 2 and the house bell worked fine but with the 3 I don't even have voltage to the old bell when I push the ring 3 button. If I use the old bell button the bell works fine... Any help would be great. Murray

Hi @mursuwilson. It's possible that your old chime kit isn't compatible with the Ring Video Doorbell 3. You can find the chime kit compatibility list [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044683012-Ring-Video-Doorbell-3-Chime-Kit-Compatibility-List), which includes both mechanical and digital chime kits. If your chime kit isn't on the compatible list, this is likely why your Doorbell 3 isn't working properly. If the chime kit is on the compatible list, you may want to double-check that the Doorbell 3 is installed properly by checking these installation instructions [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038902531-How-to-Physically-Install-Your-Ring-Video-Doorbell-3-with-an-Existing-Doorbell). I hope this helps! :)
