Altice One Rebooting Causing issues

Is anyone else having trouble with their doorbell and altice one? My doorbelll is constantly getting knocked off my WiFi, and I think it may be because of how often the altice one tested - very frustrating...

Altice One is a US cable service isn't it (was Optimum/Cable Vision). Are you using their supplied router etc or your own? Is the doorbell on the 2.4ghz or 5ghz WiFi band?
