I have a 1gig mesh system. All ring devices are within 12ft of a WiFi device and show good connection. Problem is, both the doorbell and stick up cam videos start with several seconds of pixelated video. Am I missing something? What am I paying for? Hardly seems secure when the important part of the video is indiscernible.

    Hi @TRQuixote. Try the following steps to address your concern: Reboot your Ring devices using the Ring app. Reboot your router by powering it off for a few seconds and then powering it back on. Verify your Ring devices have good signal strength. We also have this Help Center page with other steps to try.
