Access saved video captured by Ring doorbell

Hi, I am trying to access video from few hours back. There was a motion in my defined zone, but no motion was detected however it has been captured. When I playback, it moves every 3 secs, is there an option to re-caliberate to shorter interval say 1sec?Thanks.

Hi @Chandan78. Are you referring to a previously recorded event in your Event History log? It would be classified as a motion event and as long as you have a valid Ring Protect plan that was in place at the time of the recording, It may help if you share a screenshot or a short screen recording of what you're seeing so I can get a better understanding. You can upload the screen recording elsewhere, such as YouTube, and then share the link to the video in your reply. :)
