There is already a post (unanswered) with the subject of above. From Nov '21.It is at 'https://community.ring.com/t/2020-release-charging-instructions-incorrect-misleading/97926?u=lethal42'WE need an answer, as I have similar issue.Further need some clarification on how to install the 'quick release' battery in this model.Looking forward to some progress.thanks

The 2020 release has a built-in battery and does not support the use of the quick release battery pack.
