2 mo. Old 2nd generation not working
2mo old 2nd generation stopped working. Shows 67% battery. Will not light up or charge. Will not connect to internet though all is good in home and worked for 2 months fine.

Hi @user_761a4a. Try fully charging the battery for your Video Doorbell 2nd Gen, then reset it by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. Once the reset is done, walk through a new setup in the Ring app with the steps under Set Up a Device. If you encounter any particular errors during this new setup, we have some troubleshooting steps that may help.
