worst customer support ever

I've been a good client for few years until everything was working, now i have my front camera linked to solar panel that is not charging anymore the batteries, I've been on the phone at least 3 hours doing any kind of test the support was asking me to do and still they pretend everything is working fine....the battery percentage keeps dropping while still being connected to the solar panel and without any minimal usage and still they push back. Been through 3/4 different reps that kept me on the phone asking always the same questions running the same tests and still they didn't understand anything about the issue. I think i'm gonna have to remove and pass to another vendor with a better customer support.
