Wired floodlight stopped working
I am looking for an email to contact customer service and cannot find one anywhere. I would like to be contacted about my wire floodlight. I have had it since September 2021, one of the light bulbs went out a month ago and I found out they cannot be replaced. then we started dealing that the other light bulb that was not burnt out is flashing whenever the lights turn on. I just recently in October 2024 purchased a year subscription for two devices and now one of them does not even work. There has to be some sort of warranty for the floodlight that stopped working after 3 years. Can someone from ring please contact me by email ASAP?
