Will my device talk when trying to reconnect to wifi?

Hi everyone,I have a RING security camera setup in my room so I could keep an eye out if anyone would walk inside during my holiday.My landlord has turned off the Wifi and I am worried that when they reconnect the Wifi, my device would make a sound and reveal its location, does this happen?I am not back until a few days later, and I do not want my landlord to find out that I have a camera turned on.Cheers.
