Why is my siren and two way talk system not working ...inddor camera..i have reset it but still wont work

Hello. I ordered five ring spotlight plus cameras and all five cameras have this issue. No siren and the visitor cannot hear me through the cameras, but I can hear them. Also, the app shows the siren ringing but no sound comes out from cameras. I have spent over two hours with Ring tech support but they were not able to help. Please help.

Hi @user41637. To use the siren on the Indoor Cam, you'll need to activate the Live View and then toggle the siren button on. It will not automatically be triggered. For the two-way audio, ensure you are pressing the microphone icon on the Live View to speak through the Camera. Double-check that you have given the Ring app permission to use your microphone in your phone's settings.
