White spot on nightime video from Spotlight Camera

The camera works fine but there is a white spot (see attached photo) that has developed that is most visible at night when it is dark out. A little visible as a blurry area in the same spot during daylight conditions. I checked and there are isn't any dirt or smudge on the exterior lens. Is there something else I should check?
