Video but no audio on spotlight cams
We have two spotlight cams, one in front and one in back. They've worked perfectly as long as we've had them, but suddenly there no audio on the videos in video history — just the video, no sound. The audio does work in live mode when I turn it on (just checked both cameras). How can I turn it back on for the recordings? Thanks!

Hi @dgough! As this is happening on both Cameras, let's check the privacy settings in your Ring app. From the Ring app dashboard, open the Menu, select Devices, and choose your Spotlight Cam. Next, select Device Settings and then Privacy Settings. Here you should see the option to disable audio on recordings. If this setting is disabled, the next best thing to check is wifi signal.
