Two cams not showing motion capture
I have 8 spotlight cams and two doorbells. recently two of the cams are showing notifications when movement is detected but will not show any footage. It says "No Video found Front may have lost connection during this event, so this video didn't record". The wifi signal to these cameras are strong. I have been in touch with ring support , they have changed some settings their side and then they asked me to factory reset the devices which I have done but the problem is still persisting. I have a deco mesh and the cameras have been fine for 8 months on the network until recently. Any ideas what to do before I get rid of these and move onto a full wired CCTV system.
